Rev Beverly J. Powell

Rev. Beverly J. Powell is a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Theology in Biblical studies and as a Master of Divinity has developed a relationship with God that includes more than a decade of singing, teaching, preaching and spiritual counseling. Having the mind of Christ and possessing a love for people has enabled her to reach hearts not only with humor but with integrity, consistency, compassion, transparency, and truth. 

As a conference speaker, author, a topical teacher, lyricist, poet, role model and mentor she receives opportunities to travel throughout the United States and California sharing the word of God and expounding on predetermined subjects that truly impact the lives of others. She walks in the Rhythm of God. As a no-nonsense woman of God, she knows how to have fun and knows where to draw the line. 

Pastor encourages the Rhythm of Life congregation to grow their faith through consistent Bible Study and prayer. She is known for encouraging all people to "make a sacrifice and try Jesus".
